We offer a choice of totally safe payment methods to choose from.
To pay with Card, we give Access to a safe area through our payment gateway of our bank where you can add your details for payment with total security.
If you choose the option of a bank transfer, we will send you and e-mail with the information where to make the transfer and the reference you need to put. You must make the transfer within the period of 24 hours from the time that we send the e-mail.

dulifurs offer you the option to reserve the goods in your basket when you pay 50% deposit in advance. Delivery charges will be added to the second payment. The items in your basket will be reserved for 30 days as soon as the order and initial payment are made. If the second payment is not received, we will consider the order as cancelled and the initial deposit will not be returned.

The deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday, within 6 and 10 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 150 euros included and paid before closing the order.
Your delivery will be sent out via MRW in Spain and the Agent they choose in every Country, in the delivery address and a signature and id number will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a note telling you how you can pick it up. Please ensure that you provide an address at which you know your parcel will reach you safely as dulifurs can not be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed for.
Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from the confirmation of payment. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the page when delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order. Your order will be sent out via MRW and if this agent does not have an office in the delivery territory it wil be passed to another agent for delivery. Your order can be delivered anytime during the day from 9 to 20 and a signature will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

dulifurs and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is always required for any item delivered at the delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by dulifurs and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Duli. is not responsible for any delays caused by air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes.
In dulifurs we offer the possibility to exchange your purchase for the same item in another size or color, another item in stock or another future collection item within a maximum period of 2 days, from the day of delivery of the order, and provided that has not been used under no circumstances. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Before sending the change, is absolutely imperative that you send us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the change, including order number and items you want to change. dulifurs will contact you to arrange the product for which the change is made, provided there is availability. Once satisfied that the items are in perfect condition, we will contact you to proceed to send the item or items for which you want to convert, following the same procedure as for the initial shipment of your order.
On the other hand, if the product you receive is not what was asked, please contact us immediately when you receive the items, by Whatsapp or mail, and we will fix it as soon as possible.
We offer you different payment methods so you are able to choose which one is more convenient. In any case we don't store bank details, we pass them on to the payment gateway of our bank which is a safe space managed by the bank or we will send an e-mail with the necessary details to enable you to make the transfer from the bank of your choice.
