How to purchase

3 easy steps to buy your goods with total confidence: 

  • 1. Search
    Find the products and the different categories in the menu or use the search engine to go directly to the items you need. 
  • 2. Add
    Add your goods to your shopping basket and obtain the summary of your order by pressing the key CONFIRM. 
  • 3. Confirm 
    Check your products, fill in the information that we ask for and follow all the steps before you confirm your order and press the key CONFIRM MY ORDER. 

To pay for your goods you have to register as a client. You can register at the same momeny you shop and continue to follow the steps that are shown to finalize the order process. 

If you are already a client enter to identify yourself and follow the steps that are indicated to finalize the order process. 

Your order will be saved and can be viewed whenever you wish to check your purchase history. Your account - View my order details. 

Through our online store we offer very precise detailed information about our products. 

The prices in physical stores do not always match the prices in this online store.

At dulifurs we always prepare the order once we receive the online order. If you need to specify something before we send it to you, please indicate it when placing the order, otherwise we will make it for you as indicated on the product sheet.

The garments in the LAST UNITS section are the last stock garments of models from past collections or garments from the sample book, so it can be noticed as they have been stored for a long time; This does not prevent its completely satisfactory use because the garment has not been used.

Physical Store

In our physical dulifurs store in Barcelona we do not always have all garments. If you want to come to our store to try on a garment from the collection, send us a WhatsApp first at (+34) 656 328 211 and you can make sure we have your size.

Payment

We offer a choice of totally safe payment methods to choose from. 

  • Credit and Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express ....).
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Bizum

To pay with Card, we give Access to a safe area through our payment gateway of our bank where you can add your details for payment with total security.

If you choose the option of a bank transfer, we will send you and e-mail with the information where to make the transfer and the reference you need to put. You must make the transfer within the period of 24 hours from the time that we send the e-mail.

If you prefer to use Bizum as a payment method, you can contact us via WhasApp on the phone (+34) 656 328 211 and we will give you the information and the number where to do the Bizum.

Shipment

Shipping costs

  1. Group 1

Austria, Belgium, Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Tenerife), Ceuta, Melilla, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, , Luxembourg, Switzerland and Sweden

The deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday, within 6 and 8 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 30 euros included and paid before closing the order.

For shipments to Spain (Mainland, Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Tenerife) and Balearic Islands), deliveries will be made on Monday to Saturday, within 1 and 6 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 15 euros included and paid before closing the order.

France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Andorra and Portugal: Cost of delivery is  €15 included and paid before closing the order.

  1. Group 2

The deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday, within 5 and 10 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 80 euros included and paid before closing the order. 

  1. Group 3

Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine

The deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday, within 6 and 10 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 100 euros included and paid before closing the order. 

  1. Group 4

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, South Africa

The deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday, within 6 and 10 working days from order. Cost of delivery is 150 euros included and paid before closing the order.

Your delivery will be sent out via MRW in Spain and the Agent they choose in every Country, in the delivery address and a signature and id number will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a note telling you how you can pick it up. Please ensure that you provide an address at which you know your parcel will reach you safely as dulifurs can not be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed for. 

Deliveries

Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from the confirmation of payment. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the page when delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order. Your order will be sent out via MRW and if this agent does not have an office in the delivery territory it wil be passed to another agent for delivery. Your order can be delivered anytime during the day from 9 to 20 and a signature will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

The payment of any import taxes or custom duties is the sole responsability of the customer. If you are concerned about any aspect of this, please contact info@dulifurs.com.

dulifurs is not responsable for any delays caused by exceptional situations like transport strikes, destination customs clearance processes, etc.

Shipping Conditions

Insurance and disclaimer

dulifurs and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is always required for any item delivered at the delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by dulifurs and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Duli. is not responsible for any delays caused by air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes. 

Changes policy 

dulifurs makes and prepares the garment especially for each order received, but we offer the possibility to exchange your purchase for the same item in another size or color, another item in stock or another future collection item within a maximum period of 2 days, from the day of delivery of the order, and provided that has not been used under no circumstances. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Before sending the change, is absolutely imperative that you send us an email us at info@dulifurs.com with the reason for the change, including order number and items you want to change. dulifurs will contact you to arrange the product for which the change is made, provided there is availability. We recommend that you send for change by any type of messaging with acknowledgment of receipt, to avoid any possible loss of it, but you can use the means of transport that is most convenient for you, as long as the record has been made within the prescribed period. dulifurs is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive at our headquarters. 

It is important that the products are in the exactly same state as they were delivered, and without any sign of use, retaining its original packaging and all labeling. Along with the items you send we need to include proof of purchase, your name, address and telephone number to contact you if there is a problem with your submission. 

Once satisfied that the items are in perfect condition, we will contact you to proceed to send the item or items for which you want to convert, following the same procedure as for the initial shipment of your order. 

On the other hand, if the product you receive is not what was asked, please contact us on the same day you receive the order, by Whatsapp or mail, and we will proceed to modify the garment and exchange it or refund the purchase amount.

Security

Payment security

We offer you different payment methods so you are able to choose which one is more convenient. In any case we don't store bank details, we pass them on to the payment gateway of our bank which is a safe space managed by the bank or we will send an e-mail with the necessary details to enable you to make the transfer from the bank of your choice. 

Data protection

The information that we ask will only be used for the handling of your order through the chosen carrier, for the billing and to gather statistics. You can modify or make changes to your personal details from your account. 

We also assure absolute confidentiality and privacy of your personal details collected on the online store and for this we have used strict security measures to prevent tampering, loss or any unauthorized access, we therefore guarantee your integrity and security, those specially provided under the Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21st December for which they passed the regulation of development of the Organic Law 15/1999 on 13th December, data protection of personal character.
